Do you send your customers thank you notes? If so how do you go about it?
There are plenty of new ways to send thank you notes to your customers, but what is the best way? What is the way that they will for sure see it and think “Wow, I really appreciate that.”
There didn’t used to be a lot of ways that you could send your customers a “Thank you” it was really only through direct mail, and then once marketing grew and grew into what it is today, sending a sincere “thank you” card in the mail became not true..
Remember how well emails used to work? EVERY one checked every single email that they got every single day.. We know how people feel about emails now.
Remember how much it meant for someone to call your house phone? Now we don’t even have house phones, and we HATE when someone colds calls us.
Here’s a newer one.. Text messages, do you remember when there was no such thing as spammy texts? The only texts that we got that we hated were those chain messages that we were supposed to forward to all of our friends… Now? 10 businesses that I have never used are texting me off those short mass text numbers.. No where is safe.. Marketing is every where that you go, and it will only continue to get worse until people stop using the internet completely (never going to happen)
We’ve all heard that history repeats itself, but have you ever thought about that in the sense of marketing and how you can apply that to your business?
Everything eventually tires itself out when it comes to gathering new leads. So why not try what used to work before everyone switched to completely digital? Honestly, if you were to ask me, whatever that you can do that isn’t digital right now is going to be what’s best for your business.
Send customer thank you notes. Actual thank you notes.
